LOVE FOR JOY OF LOVING

A beautiful rose

Do you believe in the concept of "Loving for the joy loving without expecting anything in return?" I know all this sounds very good for philosophy and literature but let me tell you that it does happen in practicality too. It’s when you like someone to such an extent that it doesn't matter whether that person reciprocates the same feeling with you or not. Here's a small story I want to share with you......

Are You LONELY OR ALONE??

Ever feel like you are the only person on the planet whom no one cares about? Like you are the only one who has no friends….no one to talk to?? Do you sometimes think you’re different and you don’t fit in? if you have answered yes to even one of the above questions then I have some good news for you – you are not the only one who feels that way. Believe it or not, but the truth is that everyone in this world goes through that feeling of being alone and unloved at some point or the other in their lives.

POST 26/11 INDIA:

post 26/11 mumbai
OST-26-11-INDIA.jpg (image)

Friends I could have well written this article soon after the mayhem took place when the terror strike Mumbai on 26 November 2008, but somehow I waited, primarily to come out of shock, to relive myself from what I had witnessed and secondarily to wait and watch that what different I am going to witness from the action taken by our government.

Today exactly one month later the black day of our life I am going to spur out my anger but before that I take this opportunity to pay my tribute to all the national heroes who laid their life to save us from the horrendous day of our life.

SILENCE-The Ultimate Weapon

Girl sitting on a tree sadly
Silence of our Loved ones can be a Lethal Weapon

"Silence Speaks Better Than Words" always heard this saying but never gave a thought to it neither did i realize the power it withholds. But recently i realized that it really makes sense sometimes to follow it. Though for normal people it might be difficult to follow as our rational mind denies to keep silent when things are going wrong and there's lot of furry everywhere.

But then; if we give a deep thought we realize that when actually things are going worst for you  when they are going just opposite to what you might have thought and when you are taken by unexpected changes [behavioral or beliefs] there's no point in going wild and trying to sort out things that moment, as it only adds in the fuss and makes things more complicated and unsolvable.

At such moments if we keep silence, it makes lot of sense as it gives us and our companion the time needed to think "Why is this Happening? Whats the issue after all? Whats the solution to it?"
When we confront above questions one by one and sincerely try to answer them we find it much easy to solve them and come out of that so uncomfortable situation. So it makes a real sense sometimes to be smart rather than outbursting and going all guns blazing to solve some issues.

Now lets take a different situation wherein your companion is mad in temper and you are facing the music, even here if you keep your cool and maintain silence more often than not it works!
Simple logic implies that a person can go on and on; but if no one responds, he stops and gives it a thought that after all what is he doing. Sometimes it also helps in a relationship as your partner gets that cushion to speak her heart out and remove her frustration knowing that you will understand.

keep silence
Finally lets take a case where your competitors are going all blaze against you abusing you planning plots against you and trying to defame you, under such circumstances I agree you have to respond, but wait strike at appropriate moment until then hold on to your biggest weapon "SILENCE". Your enemies will wonder why you are calm and that will make them rationalize your move making them think what you must be thinking and in doing so giving you that opportunity to strike, and when you get it go for it and strike hard.

WALK DOWN THE MEMORY LANE...

my friends

It was back in Dec2005 that "WE THE FRIENDS" had been for our first trip and who can forget the place, it was Alibaug!
We had a great time then, those two days we had a great fun and we had planned that every winter we shall take a trip for sure. However it never turned out to be as we thought, always we had plans cooking but could never actually execute them courtesy lots if spoilers that we had in our group with Bhavesh leading that pack .

Finally it was this year that we were able to make it (not that easily again there were those lazy heads and air of uncertainty around) But luckily things turned up good and eventually on 25th Jan 2008 we left for our awaited journey. Where?? well with not much time in our hands we thought why not revisit our past destination which is near as compared to Goa and still gives near about same thrill and excitement!

Around midnight (2:30am) we reached Kashid, where we rested in the cottage and as the morning flourished we all headed to our journey. Around 11:30am we reached the famous MURUD JANJIRA FORT (the fort is build around a Km inside the sea coast) It was all adventurous as we had to travel in a sail ship towards the fort's main gate. It was quite cold out there too, so it just added to the thrill. All the way we had a great time enjoying the wonderful beaches along the coast of Kashid very clean and beautiful beaches I have seen so far.

We revisited all the places that we had three years back and tried to relive those moments and register these ones in our minds and heart so that we can remember them in times to come and cherish the friendship that we have shared for last few years. Knowing that it will get harder to find time in future as everyone of us gets engage in our personal activities and professional time bonds, we made sure we gather as many moments as possible so that we can cherish them in times to come.

It was great fun with you guys thanks a lot for everything.....

WE THE FRIENDS

We all happen to meet during our 3sem and after that it has been a hell of a time............(oops! i meant very nice time u see...)
Actually i never realized how n when we got such good friends, given the fact that all of us our completely in contrast with each other...(now let me brief u with all the characters in our group..)

Ashish Palkar: Well well before i write anything about this small innocent looking monster i have to think twice ;reason is if he gets a chance to write (which i m sure he will..) he will keep me of nowhere..(just kidding)
But really he is what he doesn't look like i never knew he has the ability to write poems, to enact good jokes n all n all a great entertainer.....but his persona is very complex you just cant make out whether he is serious or joking...

Sushant Tambat: Here is a guy who has nothing to do with the part of is name(shant: which means silent..) he is crazy, very restless, but yes again he is very intelligent...

Bhavesh Prajapati: He is a character one of its kind, sincerely we call him a "CONCEPT MAN" he is only one of us who gives his time to understand the Y part of everything....
but he has got this uncanny knack of being at a wrong place at a wrong time....

Lashman Ranbawale: Well this a guy who is completely confused n who himself doesn't know what he wants from his life, but one thing i would admit he is a guy for his friends he will be there when u want him for help....

Dilip Pawar: Oh god here comes the Ratta Man ( we call him that where Ratta: means mugging up) whatever it can be a presentation or vivas he is always prepared for it with his ratta..
one bad thing about him is the bad(or should i say hopeless)jokes he cracks.. but one thing i would like to mention is he is really very hardworking in whatever he does..

Prasad Gaikwad: He is one with a great ability to enact anyone & i mean anyone...this guy sits all lectures but what he does is concentrate on the characteristics of the professors rather than what they teach.
Till date he has enacted all the prof's of mechanical department from S.P.C.E.
but as every coin his other side his completely contrast he is very short tempered & violent....

Finally myself(Aditya Kasar): Well it's better i don't write because my counter parts will have their own say for it....

So you saw how different each of us are but still for past 4 years of engg. we were together (bearing each other would have been better i guess.. what say Ashish ?)

In college if there is any place where we have spend most of our time its none other then our very special canteen its has been our next home(or should i say first!)
